We each had a glass of Apothic Red at $13.00 a pour. Same issue.over cooked, making it a poor choice. My wife ordered the Grilled Salmon at $24.75. I ordered the Baby Back Ribs at $25.99, which were a bit on the tough side and clearly nothing special, lacking quality and since they were over cooked, attention to detail by the chef. Two of the couples raved about what a wonderful place Firebirds was from their past experience, so I was really looking forward to our night out, but from my perspective, it was just another slick restaurant that offered nothing beyond average at best.

I felt as I was a guest in a friend’s home. There was a bustle of young, old, families, singles- yet, the hotel was quiet and friendly. The hotel was sold out when we were there but everything worked seamlessly. All staff was exceptional-professional, eager to help in any way, joyful, polite. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and throughout our stay. are beautifully displayed, constantly re-supplied by a lovely, gracious woman. Coffee, tea, juices, waffles, hot selections including eggs, bacon/cheese croissants, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, muffins, etc. Breakfast is fresh, plentiful, and delicious. The rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped. We were in town to participate in the National Senior Olympics.
